Les douleurs de la Pierre by alexandre-deschaumes Les douleurs de la Pierre by alexandre-deschaumes
This is one of my favorite place from where I live . in french it is called " Cascade de la Mystérieuse " .

I enjoyed the curved flow coming towards me .. with the light coming from the upper part .. I've under-exposed the scene to focus on the light .. the diagonal line .. Light against shadows .. Rock formations there are amazing.

There is a color version on my facebook page as well . I 'll post it here soon I think .. Because I still don't know which one is the best. BW has something deeper .. but brown / gold tone are also interesting maybe .

you can see the color version there :[link]

This relly is very beautiful, and I agree, can't choose between BW and Colour either. There's something special about both.

This appears flat, like elephant skin, rough, dusty, large. Well done emphasizing the lighting.

wow, mystic and mysterious it is, nice use of slow shutter and deep depth of field, almost make the water flow seems like the light flow. very beautiful.
