Description

Hello!

Here is the color version of this one :
Feel free to tell me which one you prefer.
There was some work on the color tone ( added some sepia filters to increase the light path ) And I've cloned out a dust/water spot on the mossy area

This place is breathtaking , and reminds Giger or Lovecraft Work.

this is called in french " cascade de la Mystérieuse"

What can I say? This is positively fantastic! It brings chills. It's so simple, and therein lies its beauty, mystery and intrigue. It looks like a wonderful place where one would run to relax and get away from a mess. It's very beautiful. It reminds of the true breathtaking beauty of nature.

Vision: I'd say the vision behind this piece is quite impressive! I've seen very few close up pictures like this, of rocks and water. In that way, this picture is unique.

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/>

Originality: A lot of artists take photos/paint portraits of nature, such as this. So I'm afraid I can't give you five stars there. But there's something about this picture, I don't know what it is, that is very original in its own way. On top of what I mentioned above about the unique perspective, this picture is unique in other ways. It has a dark atmosphere, yet it's not creepy. It's more like...peaceful and relaxing. The glowing water brings a certain element of light and beauty to this; that one aspect completely changes the mood of the picture, and I find that profound. And yet, only the waterfall is aglow, while the rest of the water is dark...very interesting. You, my friend, have earned 4.5 stars for originality.

Technique: It's very impressive that this is just a photo. How on Earth did you manage to get this sort of perfect angle?? I guess you were just lucky to find an opportunity like this, on top of the fact that you are clearly talented. Technique is very good!

<img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/><img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="17" height="16" alt=":star:" title="Star!"/>

Impact: The impact I feel when seeing this picture is very high, and certainly very good! It brings chills, a a sense of beauty. It's a very fantastic photo, and might even end up on my desktop! All art is unique in its own way, and there are a few that just stand out and become something special, loved and remembered by art lovers for years to come. I truly believe that this fantastic photo is worthy of such recognition!

Great job, my friend! Keep up the good work!
