Beautiful,Bold and Serene. This pretty much sums up the image. I love the long shutter speed and I'm assuming that a CPL was used here to see beneath the light hearted water.
I admire the strong foreground infront which clearly defines two demensions to the image. Lower being the one that ultimately leads into the higher water level. I actually like the waterfall at the top of the picture being cropped off, leaves a bit of mysteriousness to the image and it seems to fall at a very gentle pace although this isnt what it would have felt like at the time standing in the stream!
I tree in the middle definitley brings the bold but peaceful attraction to this picture. If you were a a couple of feet to the right so that the tree was in more clear focus and not clashing slightly with the waterfall so to speak I think it could have made more impact to me. But I understand that you can't check every detail taken during that magical time! Finally I love the square crop it makes it all that more amazing knowing what to leave out and what to keep in.
The post processing has been done very well as I don't see any harsh highlights but the midtones are well done. The only thing that needs to be brought up to scratch is the noisy shadow next to the tree. Brilliant overall love it!
