The title of the forthcoming Katatonia Album

An experimentation at night with a quite long exposure .. Approx 25 mn ... The fog was gathering in the valleys.

Shadow white balance ( which explain the color ) ..

Quite bad quality , because of the long exposure and I had to lighten Up the Raw file ... sorry .
Moreover this is a panoramic Crop from the original ... I still don't know If the entire shot is better or not .. it contains the trees underneath.

This crop of the landscape is more or less like an abstract painting , and I like this Idea.

Well I've had plenty of

so I now feel qualified to write a crit on this stunning work.

You're instantly drawn to the high-contrast island on the left-hand side of the photo; it stands out slightly and is the focal point of this strong image. The gradual tones of red, orange, and yellow work harmoniously to create an otherworldly ambiance. Combined with the seamless fog, this photo appears to be from a movie on the terrain of Mars or the like, but most certainly does not reflect anything I have seen on earth.

Beautifully done and wonderfully executed. An example of a long exposure at it's best.
