It shows how high up you were and how far away the mountains were. Also you have fitted the clouds in at the top of the picture again showing how high up you were and making this picture look very, very powerful.
Its beautiful the way the clouds shadows look like they are sweeping across the valley. You have given the effect of it being windy at the top of the valley also, because of the persons hair blowing in the wind. And the title.....
At the end of the valley it looks like a storm is starting to creep towards you.I also love how some of the foot hills or mountains have very sharp peeks putting an extra bit of power into this picture.And i noticed how the person was on the light side of the valley where the sun is beating down; and no one was on the other side which was dark.
Over all again amazing work and good job ^^
